Our outdoor parking spaces for boats, cars, RVs and trailers are 10 ft. to 12 ft. wide, the length varies according to the parking space. There is plenty of room to turn around. Our 24-hour access gate opens and closes with keypad access. Some covered outdoor spaces are available. The lot is well-lit with 24-hour surveillance and security cameras. Pest control is serviced by Chamberlain Exterminators.

 

 

We pro-rate leases before and after stopping your space. Our leases are on a month-to-month basis.
