Yes! Customers have 24/7 access to the facility after completing the rental process and receiving their gate code.

Do I need renter's insurance?
No. Precision Storage does not require renter’s insurance.
What do I need to rent a unit?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license. Once your contract is completed and payment is received, you’ll receive your gate code and directions to your unit or parking space.
Is there a security deposit?
Indoor storage units require a $50 refundable deposit. Additional details are provided during the rental process.
How does billing work?
Your first month’s rent is prorated, then monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, checks, and cash. Please note that card payments include a convenience fee.
Do I need to give notice before moving out?
Yes. We ask for at least 10 days’ notice before vacating your unit or parking space.
